The License Consulting Support Savings addresses the scenario where your organization believes or even knows it is overpaying support for Oracle software licenses but is unable to effectuate a cost reduction.

This service is provided at a no-cure-no-pay model. The service can start at any stage throughout the year, but ideally 8 weeks prior to the next support renewal cycle and/or commencing a compliance review conducted by License Consulting or Oracle LMS.
The Oracle ULA Certification & Renewal Management service addresses the scenario where your organization has engaged into an Oracle Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) and the Unlimited Deployment Period will end within one year.

This service helps organizations make objective decisions about whether or not they can virtualize Oracle on VMware, and assists them in implementing such environment in the most optimal way whilst ensuring license compliance. During the project all contractual, legal and technical considerations of your organization are clarified. Clients who then choose to migrate to VMware are guided, to ensure that the license footprint of Oracle on VMware is limited to a minimum, but implemented in a VMware architecture that meets their operational requirements. As part of the implementation plan, potential VMware architectures are discussed. Oracle workloads subjected to virtualizing are audited comprehensively in order to validate their license requirements in a detailed level.
This service includes:
Workshops to educate contract, legal- and IT specialists and to discuss and address all concerns with regard to licensing Oracle on VMware;
Forensic audit of current workloads of the Oracle software deployment;
Optimizing the Oracle workloads to further reduce the future license footprint;
Coordinate workshops to discuss caveats of potential VMware implementation scenario’s;
For up to 3 potential VMware implementation scenarios:
